Browsing our site
Use the navigation buttons on the left hand column to navigate to our major shopping categories, after clicking a link you will be taken to the home page for that category. Here you may choose from a list of sub categories, again located in the left column. Each major category home page also contains other useful information including technical advice relevant to that category, links of interest etc. Whilst looking through products in any category you will see a breadcrumb type trail developing near the top centre of each page which you can click on to move back through the pages you have viewed. Use the blue buttons along the top of each page to view our informational pages.

Searching our site
Use the search field at the top right hand column of any page to find what your looking for with ease and speed. You can also choose which category you would like to filter your search by, by default the search will look through all categories, however if you know that what you are looking for is, say a Cooker, then select the relevant category.

Our shopping cart
Every page on the site contains a brief shopping cart preview so you can easily keep track of the number of items in your basket and the running cost. For a full review of your shopping cart simply click the red view cart button at the top of every page.

Our product information
Once you reach the product listing for any particular product sub category you will be shown a list of available products including a thumbnail image and a brief description. Click on the thumbnail image or product name to view full details and buying options. Once at the details page you can click on the larger product image to view an even larger detailed image.

Forgotten password
If you can't remember your password to login with simply click on the forgotten password link and you will be contacted with a new password.

Order confirmation
Once you have completed the checkout process you will be sent a confirmation of receipt of your order by email.

Vat is excluded on all products on our site where applicable.

Postage
1) Free delivery in England, Wales and Scotland (excluding Highlands & Islands) for all orders over £300 to include major appliances. Guaranteed weekly delivery by our associated company vehicle fleet HI Way Express. Deliveries to Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, N.Ireland and Scottish Islands, details on request.
2) Free delivery of Small Domestic Appliances for orders over £200.00. 2pm deadline for 48 hour service.
3) Orders below qualifying value will be subject to a carriage surcharge. Details on request.
4) Back orders will be delivered free with your next qualifying order.
